Hi everyone,I just realized I never got around to introducing myself.I am a 32-year old physical therapist and real estate investor.My preferred modes of operation are:(1) buy and hold rentals(2) buy and sell SFRs to an end retail buyer with a loan in place, or to carry the paper(3) buy and sell income properties (SFRs, apartments, etc.) to an investor, while creating and carrying the paper(4) buy and improve existing paper(5) provide short-term loansI have partnered up already with a few people here on Bigger Pockets, and things are going great.

Johnson and I been looking thru the forums for the past two weeks and thought it would be good to introduce myself.I'm a new investor currently focusing on wholesaling in the Columbus, Ga area.

The ones with the red buttons were when the GFCI's were first introduced so people would notice that there was a big red button that was begging to be pressed.

Are they local and relevant topics and are they geared towards helping investors and introducing them to ways to be successful investors?
