Hi everyone,I just realized I never got around to introducing myself.I am a 32-year old physical therapist and real estate investor.My preferred modes of operation are:(1) buy and hold rentals(2) buy and sell SFRs to an end retail buyer with a loan in place, or to carry the paper(3) buy and sell income properties (SFRs, apartments, etc.) to an investor, while creating and carrying the paper(4) buy and improve existing paper(5) provide short-term loansI have partnered up already with a few people here on Bigger Pockets, and things are going great.
