Hi my name is Erick Berthaldan and I'm fairly new to the wholesaling game. I'm always looking for mentors, partners, really anyone that I can help grow their business while expanding mine. Currently my partner and I have several wholesale properties in the greater sacramento area here in CA and I'm marketing some turnkey investment properties for another wholesaler in the Memphis Tennessee area.
