Later that year, I attempted finding deals through a realtor friend on the MLS to fix and flip, and ultimately decided it was not the right time to be flipping, but in reality I just was undereducated and underprepared on how to find deals and the possibilities of different types of deals.I'm going to work on networking with cash buyers and build my first marketing campaign and get some deals under contract!  

Brandon Kreig runs it, they cover a different topic each week, but there is also time for networking!

I'm not interested in investing myself but hoping to network with someone who is genuinely interested in pursuing perspective opportunities.

@Gabriel Lamb Start with educating yourself first: read books on mfh investing, listen to podcasts, network with other investors local at the REI meetups.

Go to the network tab and find some people in your zip code and message them as well to get the word out.
