I ended up renting it out for 2 years to an older lady who could care less.

The lady had originally said to me get comps within a certain radius in the last 3 months but only large expensive houses are being sold in that area.

A few days later I got a phone call from a lady that said she worked for the government.

A 75 year old lady in Beverly Hills qualify for a grant of $5,000 major repair program (http://www.lacdc.org/programs/community-development-block-grant) because last week she needs a wheelchair according to her doctor, she can have ramps installed and renovate her $3M house owned free and clear with her $1M in the bank.

To the lady that is justifying the “high end” car because she’s a car person is laughable.

The lady speaking at this month's is a super fun insurance lady. 

However, the lady working the counter told me I can't view the inventories because that's private information, which conflicts with basically everything I've read, but what could I say?
