Go with commercial tile whenever possible, only carpet bedrooms if you have to never carpet high traffic areas, you do not need top of the line anything in these properties because you will end up spending more money replacing them.

That's why when you see their web sites you will see specific markets they work that because they are only being paid to sell those homes.
