It's often windy and/or foggy but it can have plenty of beautiful weather as well. 15 minutes from Vandenberg, 30 minutes from Santa Maria, 45 minutes from Santa Barbara.

With the heat pumps installed, each entrance should be 100amp and the one with electric resistance baseboards already must be 100amp.The issue with the spalling brick in the basement is new to me ... have you had it examined by a foundation specialist?
