The idea I've seen and heard is that you create an individual LLC per investment property you own for a couple important reasons. 1.)

None of these ideas are ideal to me but that's all I can think of here.

It doesn't have to be through a formal mentorship program, but it is always a good idea to have a mentor and surround yourself with investors who are more successful.

Yeah I am convinced that house-hacking is a good idea now (although it's really hard to find MF properties around the Bay area), and I will see what I can do while focusing on my day job.
