Any tricks and tips!

I'm looking in Orlando, FL and was hoping you guys would have more information, tips and tricks or anything advice that can help would be extremely appreciated.

Using forward NOI is one of their common tricks.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get your short term rental up and running smoothly in these areas?

Trick is we don't have a lot of small multi. 

They can be a little trickier to find as there's no good search field, but there's a few tricks I've learned along the way to find them.

Is there any trick to get them out?

Because of that I usually won't look at something unless the ratio is 1.75% or higher.As for people being tricked by the "rule", it is just a quick and dirty analysis to see if the property warrants further analysis.

Don't really want to go but I have a family member that's habing a medical problem and she needs some support for the first few chemo visits , hopefully I won't make it a hat trick and make the nov 28th meeting ..
