Hey @Larry Fullard You can find off market deals including multi-family with ads on social media.Facebook is the most effective for doing this as you are able to target investors directly in the exact area you are wanting to buy.You need to create a photo/or video ad that grabs the attention of the property owner with a call to action so they either call you or give you their contact info.
