I read another article recently that said this was the potential new site of the the MLS stadium if the Columbus Crew SC decided to make it’s way to Austin.

If I hire a contractor - I want to see past work and talk to past customers and see ongoing job sites.  

My suggestion is go to NARPM.ORG you can find reputable companies through that web site

Anyone know of any crowdfunding sites that allow non-accredited investors to invest >10% of net worth and allow for 1031 exchanges out of those investments?

I would also include provisions covering daily clean-up and protection of materials and contractor's tools, and adhering to all standards of safety as required by OSHA and state and local law. 

If I need agent, I can hire myself.4) Most others on Yelp and other sites, have a plethora of complaints against them online.I’m at wits end.
