Sadly my Amazing GC and friend in Phillly was murdered on July 5th in front of his newly renovated property on North 16th st.

Unless you suspect that your tenants are capable of the disciplined financial commitment of controlling their spending and saving up their income to put a down payment on a house, the tedious paperwork and financial self-examination necessary to get a loan, and the confidence to sign on the dotted line and assume the uncertain responsibility of owning a home.The sad fact is, however, that most C-class tenants of my acquaintance struggle with these things unreasonably.

Well and sadly, the numbers won't even make sense on those properties.

It was a really sad situation for everybody.

Then that is when the headache comes as the neighbors steal everything in the home.What I laid out is worst case scenario, but sadly realistic too.
