It got me my first job in real estate as an executive assistant, and I later go to apprentice through a full time salary under a brilliant senior business analyst. i know have a fantastic job teaching me commercial real estate under another fantastic mentor.For $8,000 it has been the ticket that has made me thousands and hopefully some day millions while retiring early.

I couldn't a loan out for the unit so I took a personal loan for $20,000, pulled from my retirement and made up the rest in cash reserves.

I figured that he would rent that apartment until he retired from his job and moved back full time to his home 100 miles away.

In most cases you'll need to do some work to turn them into cash flowing machines that will benefit your retirement for years to come.

Hello everyone, I hope all of you are doing well in this pandemic and hope all this COVID thing will be over soon.My wife and I are not too far from retirement and started thinking of buying an oceanside or oceanfront property as a short-term rental for now and eventually moving in.

I also appreciate the fine professionals at Sense Financial for getting my solo 401(k) set up so I could make this deal with my retirement funds.

If your income is too high to contribute to a Roth, then personally I would focus on managing personal expenses and stacking cash outside of retirement accounts for investment, but that's just me.

its working well and likely in a year I can retire my wife... if she wants to.
