Can someone talk to me about, or point me to a resource, on the pros/cons of Duplex vs.

It's a great resource. 

I am looking to buy just outside of Vancouver, BC - areas I am looking at are the new up and coming places like white rock, richmond, abbotsford, and mission.If anyone has any tips on getting started or know of any resources I can look at please feel free to share with me :)

Is there a resource out there that can help me practice this?  

.- you can google hard money lender and they will pop up if you want to go that way.There are tons of others, there are a lot of resources on the site and books that go into depth like the ultimate guide BP puts out.Good luck!!
