How did you decide for (or against) making that leap of faith to leave the corporate world and work for yourself?

Let current owner decide if they want to get tenant out now or just wait.

From everyone I've talked to, they very rarely get called in these circumstances, but I decided I was willing to take that risk.

My husband and I are trying to decide if we should use this as our primary residence.

Roof was replaced recently without special assessment.We're trying to decide whether to sell late in the fall, rehab over the winter to sell in the spring, or continue renting after tenants move out. 

I recently decided to drive for dollars on 20 properties I wrote down that were distressed, as I’m looking for my next deal.

Hearing that, many investors would decide to wait for the market to cool off.

I guess we will see what the City Council decides in the future.   

If you do not budget at least 5% for the tenant that loses their job or decides to stay and not pay, then where would you get your funds from? 

I am basically deciding between Azure or Real Estate Express.
