But then also time on market, seller motivation, and how this property will meet your investing goals which are unique to you.If it's been on the market a long time, it's a surefire indicator that either something is wrong with the property that has prevented others from buying it, or it's overpriced.

She was approved by a top rated PM company in San Antonio... whom proved to be very slow in taking preventative action. 4 months in, the neighborhood watch group had called me twice about  activity.

. - Going to another market with minimal knowledge (sure you can Google your life away), sounds like unnecessary risk to me.

Would hate for you to go through the process only to have a paperwork error prevent an eviction down the line.
