I'm looking to connect with seasoned active investors in the North Orange County area.

I hope some seasoned landlords will weigh in on this, as well, so we both can learn. :-)

Maybe more in the Snohomish where there is more of a draw to the outdoors/snow season.

The main reason is to coop with my experiences dealing with agents and to help newer and seasoned investors with buying and selling.I'm a buy and hold investor for the past 6 years.

Tell me what you think, honestly I think this would be good not only for beginners but also seasoned investors no matter where we are.

Any Seasoned Real Estate Investors who will be willing to provide knowledge of starting a career in investing in the New Orleans/ Baton Rouge, LA are specifically in Buying and Holding properties for Passive Income and/or Wholesaling would be greatly appreciated.

My renters love the bronze or nickel look and notice it over the other rentals they might be considering...we get comments on it all the time.I'd add the cabinet over the fridge as the space will get used for season stuff....like Christmas or Thanksgiving serving pieces...you can never have too much cabinetry in a kitchen.

You can virtually wholesale (see Mike Nelson's BP Podcast), but I think it's for a more seasoned investor who has a few wholesale deals under their belt.
