I think what you're saying is what's leading me to ask this question in the first place.

When something needs done at one of my houses I'm "let me see if there's a YouTube video!"

I would definitely try a walkthrough or even a video walkthrough with the inspector.

I am looking for a PODIO expert, who has used Podio to manage leads/brokers/MHP owners, etc during the acquisition phase. 

I think the idea that west coast investors can do this remotely in this area is going to lead to a tremendous amount of lost money to these folks who have been sold this story ....

Asking because buyer is out of state investor and had realtor come and look at house, send video, pics etc.

And most times, that leads to lower acquisition costs and higher potential margins.

Both are incredibly data driven which leads to better results.
