If wholesalers would actually learn real estate, they would know how to take title and profit much more than acting like a strawman, having to deceive sellers with "We Buy Houses" or "We Pay Cash", dancing along legal issues, dealing with invalid contracts and lying about what they are doing........just not smart to screw with a property owner!

Like Philly  Balt  Detroit  Indy  those are areas were a wholesaler can do well.. you have the inventory sitting there waiting for you.In your market your not going to drive down the street and see 10 boards ups .. or one or two for that matter like you do in these other areas.. those are the province for most wholesalers.I was just in Cinnci.. that train left the station there as well. that's a very tough market.. as well. but up in middle part of the state of ohio and going north still lots of distressed homes..

Two things have been consistently true.  1- you can’t expect a lap dance at Church.  2- you shouldn’t expect to find a wife at a wedding dress fitting.
