Instead, they typically provide cash for a percentage of your home's value (usually up to 30%) in exchange for a share of future house price appreciation.

I am wanting to buy another house cash, that eventually I will want to get a mortgage on and use the cash to buy another house in the future (if that makes sense).

Looking to build 2x 1800 sq-ft houses 

Currently in the process of having one of the vacant units renovated with higher end finishes than were previously used.

Sad part is I’m driven I can find great deals currently have 3 houses that can make tons off but I don’t have anyone to help me and everyone wants thousands of dollars and doesn’t really involve any kind of actual mentoring but begging for help on their chats.
