The PM has their own website for bookings, deals with the tenants, cleans and inventories between tenants, etc.

When I go to build a new home in a new area the first thing I do is call the local building department, ask them what is needed, often they will have these things listed on their website.

@Amr Moussa  if you are looking to see if the property may be in a flood zone you can go to the FEMA website and search the address to see if it falls in one of their defined flood zones that would require flood insurance 

We use a property management software that syndicates our listings to 20+ marketing websites, and we get inundated with email inquiries.

When people ask about a rental, I refer them to our company website where we spell everything out so everyone gets the same information about the unit, the criteria to rent from us, etc.Applications are processed according to a set of written criteria. 

Those of you who list your STRs on VRBO: Do  you hear complaints from your guests about the website, specifically about the payments page?
