As with every other type of construction they would need to meet code for window height, ingress/egress, etc. and therefore; would not be any more dangerous than other construction methods.

Hello All-I have a 9-unit and SFH in Akron, Ohio in the Goodyear Heights area and am seeking a reputable property management company to manage the properties.  

Seems to be a good strategy if you want to take some chips off the table at the height of the market, but still earn a nice return while keeping your money safe and liquid.

I think it would depend on the ceiling height.  

I have some friends who have suffered some pretty severe eviction issues in Garfield Heights.

You also have a height requirement around 7ft. 

I kept those for a year-ish and sold at the height of the market, did 1031's into the beach market. 

Fun pointless fact:   I grew up in highlight heights of what is now city of Seatac.
