@Nate Green I guess it would depend on your personal reasons for going to an open house, are you just trying to learn the inventory and see what's out there, are you trying to find an educated agent to work with, are you trying to get finish out ideas for your own property, etc.The listing agent should be able to give you details on the house specs and general info on the neighborhood, beyond that I'm not sure what other info you could gain regarding your REI education from a listing agent at an open house.

They are all saying that since we are in escrow and all ducks are in row, the lending bank which is Green Tree will not have any issue as the bank would rather prefer to have its money than relist the property.Questions1.Is the property purchase closed technically just not recorded ?

A google search works well....that's how I found a lender that works in both Milwaukee and Green Bay...using the obvious search words.Of course BP has a hard money lender locator tool in the RESOURCES tab as well.

Monthly dinner meetings at Club Green Meadows are the last Tuesday of the month and start at 6pm for networking, 630pm dinner, 7pm speaker, ends by 9pm.
