The chances of you finding an owner of a unit on this platform are slim but possible.I'd recommend contacting Realtors/investors by searching for BP members that operate in this area.To take things a bit further, you can search online for recent sales in the building and contact the agent(s) involved.

If you bet on market appreciation you are gambling. 

If the host has ever canceled a booking on the host side, that counts against them on their listing on the platform algorithm forever.

So we will be working creating our own platform to open up our funnel.

People do THAT all the time What they don't do is go on a public social media platform with their real name and area they live in and admit they are thinking about commiting mortgage fraud.  :-)  If you want to "stay comfortable" don't even get the FHA loan in the first place.

I also don't know that I really advocate for stocks either- I'm sure I'm going to get flack for this but stocks have always struck me as high class gambling.
