I do see how it could be viewed similar in a way .Lending has definitely loosened up and I’m sure there is some shady things going on that we won’t hear about until it’s too late/after the fact .Subprime lending is back and growing just as an example .

Hello,I have a finished basement with all the needed egress/outlets and I am considering it to convert it into an apartment and there are few areas (kitchen exhaust and kitchen sink) I lack understanding and would like to better understand what is the best possible way to go about making those changes.I will greatly appreciate if someone can share their experiences on how they went about a setting up a kitchen particularly exhaust for kitchen odors and kitchen sink in a basement

Our duplex is west of Washington and 30th and would generally be considered a "rougher" area, but once we have finished the remodel on the one side it'll probably be rented before the dust settles around where we hammer in the sign.The realtor is now starting to change his numbers.
