I don't personally have experience but reviews on the interweb and speaking with a co-worker who used them make it sound like its a durable/cost effective solution to extend the life of those surfaces.

I issue a lien release when the job is fully paid, looks something like this, like I said I just want to get paid and could care less about a lien it gives me no leverage, I loose $ if I have to pursue it.

In that case, it would still be best to use a title company to ensure all the correct documents are filed.The final step is that when you sell, the lender will file a "release of lien" to remove the lien from the property.
