The inspection report was thorough, and did uncover limited asbestos and limited termite intrusion, but nothing I wouldn't expect for a home that age, and nothing my contractor isn't aware of.

This guy was actually 100 percent service connected AND drawing social security (at age 30) AND managed to get the Wound Warrior Project to fork over his security deposit AND first months rent for him.Despite an income of 8-9 times my rent he never paid on time and didn't pay March rent.

That includes an hoa, property management, everything.The cost of your repairs really depends a lot more on who your tenant is than the age of the property.
