To directly answer your question I do not know Baltimore, but as you are looking for properties to wholesale, make sure the properties are in desirable areas with good numbers for bot fix and flip or long term rental buyers.

So maybe the suggestion there is to start watching the hud site for your county and maybe a couple of surrounding counties that are within reasonable distance and see what prices the houses go for.But I think you're going to find wholesaling hud homes a little less desirable.

In California, I don't think I've had a single person in that income "goldilocks zone" (high enough to justify a mortgage in the amount desired on a 2-4 unit, but not so high they're over the income limit -- not too cold, not too hot, juuuuust right) since they made that infamous change in July 2019.
