I can't explain why attorneys for the Chicago Association of REALTORS would create a lease that conflicts with law but that appears to be the case based on a clear reading of the law and several web sites from Chicago attorneys.

Still working out financing options since it would require a commercial loan...Rent per unit: N/A but around area of the property can range $400-$500.Thank you all for your feedback and I’m all ears with options because as I stated earlier, this is my first rental and I plan on going the buy and hold route.

I’d go for Be Obsessed or Be Average and 10X Rule-Millionaire Fast Lane by MJ DeMarco-4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss (although it’s not narrated by him and by the end there’s a lot of web addresses so it’s a little odd as audio)Currently I’m listen to A Complaint Free World, written and narrated by Will Bowen (yesss I was super inspired by the current Afford anything episode lol).

If they are there one day past, I pursue collection of all costs and all remedies as allowed by law, including garnishment, reporting on delinquent tenant web sites, eviction on the credit report, court costs, attorney fees, attachment of bank accounts, etc.
