Not sure if these markets are old news, but I have a friend in Winston-Salem that says its a gold mine, and by all means it looks like it…low crime, good schools, population growth, friendly taxes, and reliable tenants.

When I look at this video below....it is basically a REI pot of gold still. 

You'll find gold in the properties that are for sale and are not marketed in the MLS.

It will be worth it's weight in gold and will allow you to sleep well at night.

A darkish gold tone can stand a lot of dirt without looking too worn.

I would think so...many people are buying homes in bunches out there it kind of a secret gold mine people dont talk about because they dont want other investors hogging the good stuff not only detriot but any place similar desperation and depressiation are the exact formula for getting rich..if it werent for the great depression we would have no warren buffet.

Then repeat next month.As for what I use in my home, only the gold standard top quality reusable filters.  

That may be what gives you the pot of gold you are after.

Those guys couldn't be bothered saving for a rainy day or coming up with Plan B, because they lived in Utopia, where the sun shines every day, the street is paved with gold and the sidewalks lined with gumdrops.
