It is a great way to have as much automation as possible such as welcome emails, lock codes, etc.As for purchasing something in the Caribbean we looked in Puerto Rico but never did purchase anything there.

Was there an export function or were you able to potentially automate this into a google doc nightly?

Pretty slick, I have not found anything else that is capable of being this automated.  

I thought maybe there is a software that can help me automate some of those things?

Ok, I've been working with 2 different real estate agents over the past 2-3 years. 1 was referred to me, the other is a friend of a friend.Problem is, when trying to buy, the best that any RE agent has done for me is send me an automated listing of what is in the MLS.

I'm currently in the process of automating my direct mail campaigns with a VA, a local minimum-wage worker and VistaPrint.One of my target marketing groups is Realtors who work for smaller brokerages or brokerages that do not have a property management branch.

We've automated the process so filling out the contracts is simple.

Yea I have came across a few of those...but Internet Marketing is so automated itself that I am still on the fence about the need for a VA.
