I would think any business owner would have the same thought process - first qualified.As far as how to avoid families, although you can't discriminate, the type of property will naturally attract or not attract families.

I would warn them that one more violation will result in an eviction and then I would hold to that.If their mess were inside the house and not attracting pests, I would probably ride it out.
