I have been in the military my entire adult life and am looking to broaden my chances for financial freedom once I enter the civilian world.

I don't feel comfortable with the situation, new tenants every 6 months, 4 adults sharing the apartment, etc.

I do have a pretty detailed lease stating housing regulations with roommates, and also had an addendum signed re stating the rules and how I will be enforcing them.But there is more to it, the individual had a friend over, whom barged into the females room while she was sleeping asking for a ride home, and on another occasion I was also told the problematic roommate was drunk walking around the home with JUST a shirt on, with all the goods hanging out.

I've been self employed for all my adult life and I still remember once when I bagged my biggest landscape account, the phone rang off the hook after, and I seemed to get every job I bid on.

Calling a female agent acting under supposed free will  a "poor lady",  and an investor making offers that the OP finds a waste of time a "schmuck".
