Good day. My name is Joseph Arsola. I am a 25 year old active duty Soldier interested in real estate investing. I am married with two children and have aspirations of becoming a Texas State trooper post military term of service. I have been in the military my entire adult life and am looking to broaden my chances for financial freedom once I enter the civilian world. My interests in real estate are Multi Family home buying using FHA loans and gathering knowledge on how to wholesale property. I wanted to focus on these two areas because they seem to have the least risk starting out and can act as vehicles to other real estate opportunities. I began my research of real estate investing using Jay "Mr. Real Estates" Morrison's you-tube video where he discusses the financial benefits of investing. My research brought me to BiggerPockets where I read all 8 provided chapters and attempted to absorb as much information as I could. My research is far from over and the learning will never stop but I am confident that I can learn more about real estate investing over time. It is an honor to be a part of the community and I look forward to speaking with many of the members here on BP.
