Because we have Ohio State University here  and we are the state capitol, its a great market for multifamily properties.  

That is what we use for most of our properties as we are a partnership that uses the LLC format.

We are in search of an equipment operator, mostly for grading and hauling dirt, some auger footings or foundation work.

David, we can all run numbers until we are blue in the face, the cows come home, or until the Atlanta falcons can reverse time and not blow a 28-3 lead... that being said, beyond just the numbers, look at the unit structure.

So we are super busy, but I am ready to get on the road to financial freedom!

We are really worried about all of our friends down there.

@Michael Singh Our RE office is in the Fishtown area so we are very familiar with what's going on.

I am wondering though if we are going to see a market correction soon here in San Diego.

We are closing on a 4 bedroom house west of the Loop of 4th street at the end of the month.  

We are looking at a duplex in an up and coming area in SLC, UT that is near a great park, close to downtown, and starting to see a lot of restaurants and stores coming into the area.
