Some were pretty bad like AC/heating or major appliances broken for a prolonged time.We knew this PM was not top notch (he is always behind in forwarding the rents, almost never provided statements so we have been kept in dark regarding repair works or eviction), but we had no idea he was also being negligent toward the tenant.

I acquired the property and took me almost 7 months to complete doing as much as I can when I had time. the house was gutted , electrical and plumbing were updated, kitchen was completely replaced, the whole house was completely retiled and updated to central air and heat.

Edit: home is heated by gas furnace.After 2 months of research & asking around, we will hire a trusted friend with 20 years of handyman/flooring experience to do the works (everything from Remove Carpet, redo underlayment floor, install new flooring).
