Hi,I was wondering if there is any problems you see in taking a video walkthrough of my rental houses and putting them on Youtube and placing a link the the description on zillow, craigslist, facebook etc.

Not sure if it's possible with the tenant still living in it, but if you can, definitely shoot a walk-through video and post it or send it to the interested parties before scheduling a showing, so you're not flooding the current tenant with random showings. 

Does anyone have any recommendations for a person or service that specializes in going out to properties on my behalf and taking photos/video and providing feedback? 

I was just wonder because I watch a YouTube video and the person was assigning a assignment fee for 35k and I thought that was a little to high but I guess that just depends on the situation.
