This is my first time playing with this calculator so I apologize if it is done incorrectly.

I have now managed to confuse myself as to whether this is a good deal or not as the monthly expenses I calculated using the BP calculator are much higher than the actual 2017 expenses that I received from the broker:Total annual expenses (from the broker) for 2017: $9664Total annual operating expenses using BP calculator: 19845.36Did I input something incorrectly or are the BP expenses the more pertinent numbers? 

I am trying to locate the BP Florida yearly lease agreements. The package I downloaded has 2 lease agreements and one is labeled yearly however when opened its the same as the month to month. It even states, Month to ...

Please let me know if I'm thinking about it incorrectly.

@Keith McGovernI quickly learned to never pay a contractor for work until you have inspected it yourself, I paid out for work that he said was done, and it was either not done at all or done incorrectly and he took about 3500 bucks for work he did not complete.

They would want to know if a power company is billing incorrectly and can tell you whether they are or not and the specific regulation that governs it.

Maybe I worded my question incorrectly. 

We find most of them have a $8-$12/hr punching in numbers & they have no concept of the consequences if the data is incorrectly entered & subsequently filed.
