I work real estate out of the greater Seattle, WA area, and just recently got a pretty promising absentee owner list today.

Since the future isn't promised would the property cash flow w/o any substantial rental increases?  

There are a LOT of companies out there that will promise you the SEO world.

Now your lender will need to know, it is part of the underwriting and you sign a document promising that you are doing what you told them.  

any suggestions other then putting fake properties on bandit signs and craigslist?  

I have had some difficulty setting up but it is promising and I'm hoping to switch to it entirely if the first few months go smoothly.  

This all happens because we are quick to believe any quick fix answer, and because guru's can't sell the truth which is you will need to work hard, learn, and persevere through years of ups and downs before landing in the promised lands of financial freedom.All of that said, I'm going to go take my diet pill so I don't have to hit the gym, and my adderall so I can concentrate on work.
