Dishes are the worst.

In other cases, to clear up recording mistakes/errors, cases of fraud, opposing claims, etc. 

I've made my mistakes in the past too, so I'm not going to completely degrade them.

I don't mind paying them for their knowledge if it means avoiding the many mistakes they made so I don't have to.

I could of made a huge mistake and so glad I took a step back and ran the financials.  

I agree with Marcus Auerbach my wife and i started that way, but w got the upstairs tenant in the deal, great guy, id imagine he is still there, we sold the place since. the biggest mistake we made was we stayed in the lower, from a financial standpoint living in the upper of a duplex makes more sense, lower heat bill in the winter, and better rent from the lower, just my 2 cents, the far South Wisconsin market has some deals, and rents are still pretty high. good luck

It is public information, so at worst you might have to fill out a form and pay for copies. 

They have the worst attention span and reading comprehension, and they don't want to reveal their income, only citing that I should trust them, they can afford it...after they just told me they got evicted from their last apartment in December because they couldn't afford it on their Denny's waitress wage.

Our company does fairly thorough inspections but we still are not as invasive or thorough as an certified home inspection.Lastly, plan for the worst.

The worst thing is that we really get very few services for our taxes, i.e. no city water, i have a septic system on my property.
