None of us can guarantee what the ultimate impact of this is going to be in 3-6 months, but I've been watching the market data closely and I've been in the trenches showing homes, doing virtual tours, listing houses, making offers. 

How have you completed a deal 100% virtually?

I think the biggest advantage you can give yourself is to find a way to show your units virtually and make sure you can make them look really good online. 

Not sure how much time you have overseas right now, but there are plenty of virtual networking opportunities happening around the country - might be a great time to hop into some of those zoom meetings and listen to/learn from other investors in your area of interest. 

With decreased manufacturing supply costs are likely up and holding costs are virtually certain to increase.
