I don’t believe any of the groups have gotten back into in-person meetings since COVID, and I appreciate you specifying for an “efficient” one. xDREI Live would be the best group, I believe, they’re doing some virtual stuff now. 

I agree about the risk, but we both know virtually anyone who purchased a rental in mission beach in the last few years only could make the numbers work as an STR.  

Many are meeting virtually right now.

When virtual wholesaling, what’s the process of setting up an LLC if you’re in multiple markets?

Your best bet would be to get a GC out there to give you a scope - it would be fairly impossible to give, even approximate numbers, virtually on a forum like this without photos and additional details of the property.Good luck to you!
