I've read tons of books and watched a lot of training videos but I learn better by doing the critical day to day tasks for success.

Is this all about how we conceive our LLCs ... or is there a slew of real estate wholesalers being taken to task?

These people also can not work on the property, doing tasks such as: cleaning, painting, roofing or anything that can be considered "sweat equity". 

Every platform has its uniqueness and serves different audiences depending on the factors like age, gender, demography, education, etc.

Now the beauty of it is this – while naturally he still needs to spend time doing showings, meeting with clients, etc. outside of those tasks he is able to get his “grunt” work done here at work.

@Bettina F.Personally I think you have a unique offering and I'm not sure about VRBO, but Airbnb guests love unique places. 

However, now that I actually have properties, I find myself trying to power through agonizing DIY tasks and seeking thoughts of BP podcasts and future potential.
