I'm from beautiful Western MA and travel all over New England - a full time Analyst for a major utility by day and a REI student by night :-) So far I have been to a bunch of REIA meetings and have been making offers on various properties.

Up to you to determine.I chose to do all three and many other strategies -there are pro's and con's to each and the future is unwritten but it will effect each strategy differently.The one thing about a land contract or a lease option to remember is the vast majority of people never complete the cycle - so you will end up with this property again - the question is when do you want your tax events to happen - when do you want the write off's etc....stagger them by using different strategies might be another road to travel down.
