I am a GC with braod experience. Looking for someone interested in partnering on JV deals, such as property flips. Maybe your an Real estate agent, that can find good deals, but lack the muscle and know how on remodels? Maybe want to retire and do real estate full time? You supply the fundage and property, I do the rest...we can hash out the details more if you are interested. Willing to travel.
