First off, today most  TV service can be streamed and tenant can log in with their own credentials.  

That will be cheaper for them than each paying their own subscription and it will be an additional revenue stream for you.

That's sort of paraphrased... but the ultimate goal is for US to have a seamless income stream.  

(Main stream media is not reporting this) Many smaller banks willing to do HELOCs are getting bought out or merging with larger banks and this may be impacting lending.

Good quality vendors often sponsor their local NARPM chapters because they understand PM companies in the area can be a consistent revenue stream. 

I plan on using QB when I have a rental stream as well because it's actually got pretty good bookkeeping capabilities that you can share directly with your accountant / Tax guy / others.For me, it was much easier than Square... but YMMV
