Find a property you’d want to own where the owner is willing to sell with owner financing or subject to an existing loan.  

If your in an area with a lot of investors who want to maximize cash flow or where first-time home buyers need more income to get into a starter home, they might have a higher value.

The stop payment on the rent check is where you would have a great chance .passing bad checks is a crime .In some instances you can collect treble damages .
