Can I still put RE as a Profession in social media, if so how should I describe it?

The psychologists call it "becoming socialized," but for the bulk of us in America, it means you spend years in front of risk-averse, unionized government employees for the best hours of the day.

There may be tax implications (if sold to you below FMV the difference may be considered a "gift" by the IRS), self-dealing, and since it is a non-arms length transaction, you should expect extra scrutiny.

I wouldn't touch any investments where there are tax implications if you removed the money.

Do your research: ask friends, family, colleagues, neighbors... check with the BBB and all the other great review and online social places to find out about companies in the area.   

For me it was the key to getting a great job and also moving up socially. 

I haven’t research nearly enough about being a referral agent and not even sure if I could do this only by social media advertising.
