The big challenge is going to be marketing the property and getting the best price.In PA, I list it in MLS via a flat fee broker ($99 + additional services as needed)Pay the buyers agent a 2.5-3% commission.Use standard PA Realtor agreements to accept an offer.Buyer chooses a closing company and it is usually smooth sailing from there.
