I really got to get started doing something related to real estate I think like painting or something would help

Prices are relatively low and may have some time to go before they max out.

Managing our current house from afar, if we do relocate, doesn't really concern me because we have friends who could do repairs on an as needed basis, and the house is relatively trouble-free.
