Hello everybody. My name is Larz. I don't know a huge amount about real estate but I'm startin' to do this online cash flow note business. Basically I understand that I'm supposed to find holders of cash flow notes and put them into this system to hook them up with a potential investor who would like to buy the note. It's new to me but I like learning new things, especially when it could earn me some xtra income! Anyway, I'd like to make some online buddies and hopefully get some good advice on what works in this biz.
